According to Sport Witness, transfer talks are underway between Leicester City and Bologna regarding the future of defender Victor Kristiansen. The 20-year-old joined Leicester for €14 million in January but was loaned out to Bologna in the summer. Bologna now wants to negotiate a lower fee of €15 million to secure Kristiansen on a permanent basis during the January transfer window. Kristiansen has made five appearances for Bologna since his loan move and has contributed with one assist. Leicester City, currently sitting at the top of the Championship table, will likely want to keep Kristiansen if they regain promotion to the Premier League. This could present a dilemma for Bologna, who fears being priced out of a permanent deal. If Leicester City changes their stance or the player expresses a desire to leave, the club may be forced to sell before complications arise.
