For the second time, Enzo Maresca has been named manager of the month at Leicester City after an impressive start to his time in charge. He claimed the award for October, following his win in August, beating out Kieran McKenna, Russell Martin, and Michael Carrick. The recognition comes after a perfect streak at the King Power Stadium, with six wins in October, despite a loss to Leeds at the start of November. This has put Leicester 11 points clear inside the Championship’s automatic promotion places, a record performance in the league’s 20-year rebrand. Maresca attributes his success to the players and staff, expressing optimism for the rest of the season. Danny Wilson, a member of the judging panel, hailed Maresca’s run and Leicester’s dominance. However, player Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, who was nominated for player of the month, lost out to Leeds’ Crysencio Summerville.
