According to Neil Warnock, Leicester City is poised for a promotion back to the Premier League, as he doubts Leeds United’s chances of an automatic promotion. Currently sitting at the top of the Championship with 13 wins in 16 matches, the Foxes are tied with Ipswich Town at 39 points.
Leeds, on the other hand, are eight points behind the top two in third place. Despite closing the gap with a recent win against Leicester, Warnock believes Leeds will have to settle for a place in the play-offs. He has confidence that Leicester and Ipswich will ultimately clinch the promotion, leaving Leeds in their wake.
