After a £9m signing in January 2015, Andrej Kramaric joined Leicester City, hoping to make an impact and guide the team to Premier League safety. However, despite his impressive goal-scoring record at Rijeka, Kramaric scored just two goals in his first season with the club. The Foxes narrowly avoided relegation, and the following season, Kramaric struggled to find playing time due to the incredible form of Jamie Vardy and Shinji Okazaki during Leicester’s historic Premier League title-winning campaign. Kramaric left the club in the summer of 2016 and has since found success with Hoffenheim, scoring 116 goals in 247 appearances. Although his time at Leicester did not go as planned, Kramaric has continued to excel on the international stage, helping Croatia reach the World Cup semi-finals in 2018 and 2022. With 25 goals in 86 caps for his national team, Kramaric remains a top striker in European football despite his less-than-ideal spell with Leicester City.
