Despite earlier reports suggesting that Leicester City were on the brink of signing São Paulo’s Lucas Beraldo, it appears that the situation has taken a sudden turn. Journalist Gabriel Sá has revealed an exclusive claim that the Brazilian club is now set to sell the defender to Paris Saint-Germain instead. It’s been reported that PSG are in advanced talks to secure the signing for €20m plus €5m in bonuses. According to Gabriel Sá, Beraldo is expected to travel to Paris in the upcoming weeks to finalize the deal. Earlier, it was believed that Leicester City had outbid Zenit with a €20m offer for the player, and Beraldo was keen on accepting their offer due to his desire to play in the Premier League. However, it seems that PSG has presented more convincing arguments to win the race for Beraldo’s signature.
