INTER MILAN, LAZIO, PORTO & LEICESTER CITY All Tracking to Battle for €5M Rated Teenage Belgian Midfielder

Italian news outlet FCInterNews has reported that Inter Milan, Lazio, Porto, and Leicester City are closely monitoring the progress of Pierre Dwomoh, a teenage midfielder owned by Antwerp, with a potential price tag of around €5 million.

This is not the first time Dwomoh has drawn attention from Inter. Previously, both Inter and their city rivals AC Milan had expressed interest in the young Belgian player back in the summer of 2021 when he was playing for Genk, his youth club.

Despite the previous interest from Serie A clubs, Dwomoh remained in the Belgian Pro League, joining Antwerp. However, instead of representing Antwerp directly, he has spent the last few seasons on loan spells at clubs such as Braga, Oostende, and currently Molenbeek within the Belgian Pro League.

This season, the 19-year-old has earned a consistent place in Molenbeek’s starting lineup, gaining significant playing time and establishing himself as a regular contributor. His performance and continuity have reignited interest from Inter, prompting the club to dispatch scouts to observe him during a recent league match.

However, Inter is not the only club eyeing Dwomoh. Lazio and Porto have also shown interest, with the latter able to offer Champions League football. Additionally, Leicester City, despite competing in the Championship, could view Dwomoh as a potential replacement should Wilfried Ndidi leave the club.

With multiple clubs vying for his signature, Pierre Dwomoh’s future holds the promise of a significant move, marking a potentially pivotal step in the young midfielder’s burgeoning career.
