Injuries haven’t stopped the Tottenham attacker from being linked with a move to Hajduk Split, as the Croatian winger (Ivan Perišić) continues to recover from a serious injury that has kept him off the pitch since September. While his return to action isn’t expected until April, Hajduk Split manager Mislav Karoglan has expressed interest in signing the 34-year-old. Sportske Novosti has even reported that the club is willing to do whatever it takes to secure Perišić’s services in the January transfer market, despite the length of contract being a point of contention. If a deal is reached, Perišić could potentially play a role in helping Hajduk Split in the title race and also prepare for the upcoming Euros next summer.
