Player could Sign On A Free Transfer: Leicester City yet to make offer for the playmaker

Leicester City has not yet approached Inter Milan with an offer for midfielder Stefano Sensi, as reported by Italian news outlet FCInterNews. It is rumored that the Foxes may hold off until the end of the season, when Sensi will be available on a free transfer.

Leicester has expressed interest in signing former Sassuolo midfielder Sensi, with their coach Enzo Maresca driving the pursuit. Maresca, who took over the team after their relegation from the Premier League, has been successful in shaping the team according to his preferred style of play.

Sensi, who joined Inter from Sassuolo in 2019, has struggled with injuries and has not seen regular play time. Inter is reportedly open to selling Sensi for a price tag of €2-3 million, but Leicester is considering waiting until he becomes a free agent in June.

The 28-year-old midfielder himself is eager to make the move to Leicester in January, while Inter is hoping to capitalize on the opportunity to sell him before it’s too late. As of now, Leicester has not made an official offer to Inter for Sensi.
