Chelsea has reportedly set a high asking price for Gallagher, but Tottenham may wait to see if the club becomes more eager to sell as the window nears its end. Despite speculation, it is uncertain if Chelsea will allow Gallagher to leave in the middle of the season, as he has been a significant part of the team so far. Gallagher is also rumored to turn down a move away from Stamford Bridge, even if an offer from Spurs is accepted.
