Tottenham Hotspur is considering a late move to bring in Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher before the transfer window closes, according to journalist Paul Brown. Brown believes Spurs may make a ‘lowball offer’ to test Chelsea’s willingness to sell in the final days of the window. The club has already secured deals for Timo Werner and Radu Dragusin this month but still seeks to add a new midfielder, with Gallagher a target of interest. There is a possibility of an official bid from Tottenham for Gallagher, possibly in the last days of the transfer window. Chelsea has reportedly set a high asking price for Gallagher, but Tottenham may wait to see if the club becomes more eager to sell as the window nears its end. Despite speculation, it is uncertain if Chelsea will allow Gallagher to leave in the middle of the season, as he has been a significant part of the team so far. Gallagher is also rumored to turn down a move away from Stamford Bridge, even if an offer from Spurs is accepted.
