£70m DEAL IN PROGRESS: West Ham gearing up over £70m for a massive January bid for an incredible, unbelievable striker

West Ham United is reportedly gearing up to make a major move for an incredible striker in the upcoming January transfer window.

In light of Michail Antonio’s injury, Jarrod Bowen has been filling in at centre-forward, but many believe he is better suited to playing on the right-hand side.

The potential signing of an elite striker to play alongside Bowen and Lucas Paqueta, just ahead of Mohammed Kudus, has fans buzzing with excitement.

According to reports, West Ham is ready to shell out over €70 million (£60 million) for Bayer Leverkusen’s Victor Boniface, a player who has been linked with the club previously.

Securing the services of Boniface would be a massive coup for West Ham, and with the possibility of offloading underperforming players like Pablo Fornals, Said Benrahma, and Danny Ings, it could become a reality.

Boniface, who has an impressive record of 16 goals and eight assists in 23 games for Bayer Leverkusen this season, is seen as a perfect fit for David Moyes’s system at West Ham.

If the club does indeed make a move for the 23-year-old striker, it would be a clear indication of their ambitious plans for the future.
