CONFIRMED: Tottenham is eager to secure the signing of a £50m striker, who is also being tracked by Man United and Arsenal.

Reportedly, Tottenham is considering making a move to acquire Bologna striker Joshua Zirkzee, who has garnered attention from several major European clubs due to his impressive performance for Bologna.

Timo Werner and Radu Dragusin have already been secured by Spurs, and they have also offloaded some surplus players. Despite this, they are still eyeing attacking players, with reports suggesting they are among the clubs interested in recruiting Zirkzee.

The 22-year-old’s outstanding displays at Bologna have attracted the likes of Arsenal and AC Milan. Zirkzee, who departed Bayern Munich in the summer of 2022 in search of regular playing time, has recorded eight goals and four assists in all competitions for Bologna this season. He is expected to fetch a fee of around £50 million, sparking a bidding war among top clubs, possibly in the upcoming summer transfer window.

Manchester United is also monitoring the talented striker, and Tottenham’s hierarchy is backing manager Ange Postecoglou in the transfer market as they believe he can lead the club to further success. Despite selling Harry Kane without directly replacing him, Spurs are likely to seek his replacement, potentially in the upcoming summer transfer window.
