Leicester City is set to finalize a €3m deal with Inter midfielder Stefano Sensi, with various bonuses included in the package. Transfer experts and Italian sports media have confirmed that the deal is virtually complete. Sensi is expected to undergo medical tests on Monday, as he is still included in Inter’s squad for their upcoming match against Fiorentina. With both Hakan Calhanoglu and Nicoló Barella suspended, Sensi’s presence on the field may be crucial. After working with Inter, Sensi will now be joining Leicester City and will be under the management of Enzo Maresca. He will essentially be stepping in as the replacement for ex-Inter midfielder Cesare Casadei who was recalled from his loan by Chelsea. Despite Sensi’s young age of 28, he has faced numerous setbacks in his career due to recurring injury issues.
