Reportedly, David Moyes’ side, along with Brighton, Aston Villa, and Everton, are interested in the 20-year-old. With a number of Premier League teams watching his situation closely, Rowe has decided against a move to Rome.
It appears that West Ham United are in a good position to secure the signing of Rowe this month. The winger desires a move to the Premier League, and Moyes is in need of new wide options at the London Stadium.
While competing with several other Premier League clubs for his signature, the Hammers have the financial capability to outbid Villa and Everton and offer more consistent game time than Brighton.
