£50M DEAL IN PROGRESS: Tottenham to make last-minute bid for £50m striker who Jurgen Klopp says has ‘so much potential’

Tottenham Hotspur are contemplating a last-minute move to acquire Dominic Solanke from Bournemouth before the close of the transfer window tomorrow.

Despite already completing some impressive business this window, it appears that Spurs are not finished yet. Manager Ange Postecoglou seems intent on further strengthening his team, with Solanke emerging as a target.

Tottenham appears poised to launch a late bid for the 26-year-old striker, as they look to fill the void left by the departure of Harry Kane in the summer.

Solanke has been in fine form for Bournemouth, scoring 14 goals in all competitions, making him an attractive target for Tottenham. However, Bournemouth is expected to demand a substantial fee for his services.

The move to Tottenham would mark a significant step up for Solanke, who has previously had stints at Chelsea and Liverpool, with Jurgen Klopp expressing praise for the player’s potential.

If Spurs can secure the deal, it would serve as a major boost to their attacking lineup as they look to continue their strong start to the season.
