Leeds United are determined to secure promotion back to the Premier League in their first attempt. Harry Redknapp is confident that the team still has a chance at winning the Championship title. Despite their strong start to the year with five consecutive wins, Ipswich Town and Southampton have two games in hand and Leicester City is currently at the top of the table with 69 points from 29 matches.
Redknapp believes that Leicester City is not a sure bet to win the division and that teams like Southampton and Leeds United are still strong contenders for the title. He also mentioned the strong support that Leeds has at their home stadium, Elland Road.
After their FA Cup match on Tuesday, Leeds will face Rotherham United on Saturday, February 10. Rotherham is currently at the bottom of the table with only 19 points and has yet to win an away game this season. Leeds is expected to continue their unbeaten streak at home and strengthen their position in the league.
