ANOTHER TRANSFER BATTLE FOR SPURS: Bayern Munich out to beat Man Utd & Tottenham to €20m goal machine as German giants plot summer move

Bayern Munich have set their sights on bringing Serhou Guirassy to their club, with reports suggesting that both Manchester United and Tottenham are also interested in the striker.

According to Bild, Bayern are looking to add Guirassy to their squad as a potential backup for their top striker, Harry Kane. The transfer would likely cost around €20m and Guirassy has previously been linked with both United and Spurs. In addition to the Premier League clubs, Borussia Dortmund, Newcastle, Atletico Madrid, and AC Milan are also said to be showing interest in the Guinea international, who has scored an impressive 17 goals in 14 games this season.

This high level of performance is a recent development for Guirassy, as his previous best goal tally was 11 strikes for Stuttgart in the Bundesliga last season. However, his current form has garnered attention from clubs across Europe.

Guirassy, who has represented Guinea in the African Cup of Nations, will be returning to Stuttgart after the tournament. His national team reached the quarter-finals, where they were defeated 3-1 by DR Congo.

Guirassy and Stuttgart will be back in action as they face Bayer Leverkusen in the quarter-finals of the DFB-Pokal on Tuesday.
