West Ham United striker Michail Antonio has spoken out against manager David Moyes, claiming that he enjoyed playing football more during his time with Nottingham Forest because he was free to play his own style. Antonio voiced his opinions during his podcast and as a guest pundit on Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football, citing Moyes’ restrictive approach to shooting outside the box as a major frustration. Although some may argue that Moyes’ tactics have been effective for the team, others believe that more entertaining and aggressive play is needed. Despite this, Antonio also acknowledged that Moyes deserves credit for transforming him from an inconsistent winger into a Premier League striker, even if he may disagree with the restrictions he faces on the pitch.
