TuttoJuve has claimed that Spurs have now entered the race for Huijsen, who has been tipped as a potential first-team player at Juventus from a tender age. The 18-year-old broke into the Bianconeri’s senior side earlier this season but was subsequently loaned out to AS Roma last month to gain competitive playing time.
Huijsen has made an immediate impact at AS Roma, showcasing his qualities as a promising young defender, impressing in the Serie A matches he has played so far. His performances have not gone unnoticed, with Tottenham and Manchester United reportedly closely monitoring his progress.
Both Premier League clubs are said to be prepared to shell out €30m (£25.6m) for Huijsen, indicating their high valuation of the Dutch talent.
