SAD REPORT “ANOTHER RED FLAG” Fans will not want to hear brand new 777 Partners takeover update

Dan Plumley has uncovered yet another concerning development within 777 Partners as they prepare for their potential acquisition of Everton.

Recent reports reveal that A-CAP has withdrawn all their investments from the American investment firm, having injected approximately £1.57 billion into the company.

This news undoubtedly raises additional red flags during the Premier League’s assessment process, much to the dismay of Everton supporters.

Speaking exclusively to Goodison News, Plumley expressed his concerns, stating, “It’s another warning sign. When considering the complex network of associated companies linked to 777, totaling over 60 entities, there’s likely even more unknown factors at play. Proper due diligence takes time.”

Plumley highlighted various issues that have delayed the takeover, including asset withdrawals, unpaid bills, missed deadlines, and other discrepancies. These factors necessitate a thorough review, contributing to the prolonged process.

The ongoing scrutiny from both the Premier League and a review panel reflects the complexity of the situation. Despite recent attempts to address concerns in meetings, the outcome remains uncertain.

As speculation mounts over the future of 777 Partners’ acquisition of Everton, the question remains: will this deal ultimately collapse under the weight of these mounting red flags?
