DONE DEAL-PERSONAL TERMS AGREED: Premier League Giants finalizes jaw-dropping deal with West Ham Key player; Medicals to be conducted

Manchester City reportedly have personal terms agreed with Lucas Paqueta from West Ham for a potential summer transfer, as per Santi Aouna. Despite no current discussions between the clubs, the Brazilian midfielder has a contract waiting for him at the Etihad.

Last summer, City almost signed Paqueta before a betting investigation caused the deal to fall through. However, his agents are hopeful that negotiations will take place between West Ham and City at the end of the season.

The two clubs were close to reaching an agreement last summer, with City offering €101million and West Ham asking for €110million. Guardiola’s side still has their sights set on the West Ham star.

If Paqueta does leave, West Ham will need to fill the void left by his departure, as his contribution of eight goals and seven assists this season has been crucial. The Irons will likely secure a substantial fee for him, but reinvesting wisely will be key to maintaining their attacking strength.

With the uncertainty surrounding Moyes and Steidten’s futures, as well as the need for attacking reinforcements, West Ham will have important decisions to make as the season comes to a close.
