With the Celtics trailing by 18 points and struggling to regain the lead, Holiday made a tough and-1 play against Pascal Siakam, sinking the layup and free throw to put Boston back on top. He then sealed the win with a clutch steal from Andrew Nembhard, preventing the Pacers from scoring and securing the victory.
Despite battling illness earlier in the day, Holiday refused to sit out and played a crucial role in the Celtics’ win. He finished the game with 14 points and nine rebounds, helping Boston move within reach of the NBA Finals.
