DONE DEAL-Player on his way to Ibrox for Medical as Rangers are set to complete another signing in next few days

Rangers are on the verge of finalizing their next signing, as reports suggest that Hamza Igamane is making his way to Ibrox. According to the latest update from Four Lads Had a Dream (4 July), the Gers are in the final stages of completing the deal. Igamane, a 21-year-old attacker, is set to sign a long-term contract with Rangers for a fee of £2 million.

After completing his media obligations, Igamane will be officially announced as Philippe Clement’s latest addition to the squad. The young striker has expressed his gratitude to FAR Rabat for their role in his development as he prepares to embark on a new chapter at the historic club.

Known for his versatility, Igamane can play in various attacking positions and is expected to play a significant role in Clement’s plans for the upcoming season. His arrival comes as a surprise, as Moroccan players are not commonly seen in Scottish football.

With the departure of Kemar Roofe, Rangers were in need of reinforcements in the attacking areas this summer. Clement may consider adding more players to the forward line, especially if Cyriel Dessers leaves the club.

While Igamane may not immediately make a huge impact, he has the potential to become a valuable asset to the team. His ability to adapt to different positions and playing styles makes him a dangerous weapon on the field, drawing comparisons to the likes of Memphis Depay and Marcus Rashford.
