One significant signing was the acquisition of USA youth international, Cavan Sullivan from Philadelphia Union, in a big-money move that will see him join Manchester City at the age of 18, despite being just 14 currently.
The latest addition to the esteemed Manchester City academy is Coventry City’s Marlow Barrett. According to renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, City are finalizing the deal to bring Barrett into their youth system, beating out several Premier League rivals in the process.
Barrett’s placement within Manchester City’s age groups is yet to be determined, with the City Football Academy striving to maintain its reputation as the leading academy in the country across all levels.
