Celtic are on the verge of finalizing a permanent deal to sign Benfica midfielder Paulo Bernardo, following his successful loan spell with the club under Brendan Rodgers last season. While personal terms are still being negotiated, both clubs have agreed on a transfer fee of £3.5m.
