Coventry City’s rumored transfer target, Andrian Kraev, seems to be on the verge of finding a new club after months of uncertainty surrounding his future. The 25-year-old holding midfielder was linked to the Sky Blues earlier this year, along with Hull City and Middlesbrough. Now a free agent after his contract with Levski Sofia expired, Kraev has been training with the youth team since January.
Reports suggest that Kraev is looking towards Germany for his next move, with interest from Hannover 96 and Hamburger SV. However, FC Kaiserslautern could be a potential destination for the Bulgarian player, as talks are reportedly underway between the club and Kraev’s management. The Red Devils are said to be offering a two-year contract to solidify their defensive midfield.
Coventry City is still in need of midfield reinforcements following Liam Kelly’s departure in the summer, making Kraev’s potential move all the more significant for the Sky Blues.
