OUTRAGEOUS DEMAND: Celtic demands Jota transfer be non-negotiable for ‘dream’ return as Ittihad desperate for one crucial element!

Al-Ittihad has informed all potential suitors for Jota that they will need to cover his full salary if they want to bring him in on loan this summer. Despite a recent influx of new signings, including Houssem Aouar and Moussa Diaby, Jota is still facing the possibility of another season on the sidelines.

Following his departure from Celtic, Jota found himself pushed out of the foreign players list and relegated to friendly matches and Asian Champions League appearances. Reports suggest that new coach Laurent Blanc is evaluating the winger during pre-season, but he may not be included in the first-team squad for the upcoming campaign.

Besiktas are said to be leading the race for a loan deal, with Celtic also a potential destination. While Jota reportedly wants a return to Parkhead, Al-Ittihad has made it clear that any club looking to sign him will need to cover his hefty salary.

With two years left on his contract, it seems unlikely that Al-Ittihad will terminate the deal to facilitate a move back to Europe for Jota.
