West Ham United is gearing up to unveil their latest signing after a whirlwind few days of activity for the Premier League side.
Following a flurry of signings last week, Tim Steidten and his team are currently in discussions for a number of players from various European leagues.
Initially focusing on the South American market, the club has now shifted its attention closer to home.
The newest addition to West Ham’s squad is Niclas Füllkrug, with reports from Sky Deutschland’s Patrick Berger confirming that the striker has officially signed his contract with the London club.
Borussia Dortmund is expected to receive around €30m for the 31-year-old, who passed his medical evaluation with West Ham on Sunday.
Füllkrug’s contract will run until 2028, a move influenced by the player’s desire for a long-term commitment as he enters the later stages of his career.
