Brighton & Hove Albion sealed a memorable victory over Manchester United thanks to a dramatic 95th-minute strike from Joao Pedro. The South Coast club capitalized on a series of costly mistakes made by the Red Devils during the game.
Former United player Danny Welbeck opened the scoring for Brighton in the first half, tapping in from close range. Amad Diallo managed to bring United level with a deflected shot. Both teams were vulnerable in the later stages of the game as they searched for the winning goal.
