“Leeds United are not so doing well, so not a perfect destination” -Birmingham City REJECT massive deadline day offers for star midfielder as Leeds United and Sheffield United left devastated

Leeds United and Sheffield United have expressed interest in Birmingham City’s Paik Seung-ho this summer. The midfielder, who arrived at the Blues in January from Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors in South Korea, has caught the attention of the Championship clubs.

With experience in Spain and Germany, including stints with Barcelona B, Peralada, Girona, and Darmstadt 98, Paik Seung-ho has proven his versatility on the field. Despite Birmingham’s relegation to League One, the 27-year-old may have a chance at returning to the Championship with Leeds or Sheffield United.

Reports from The Telegraph’s Mike McGrath indicate that both clubs have been monitoring the midfielder throughout the summer transfer window. Birmingham reportedly rejected late bids from other Championship clubs, showing their determination to hold onto Paik Seung-ho.

While Sheffield United has not made any deadline day signings, Leeds recently strengthened their midfield by bringing in Ao Tanaka from Fortuna Dusseldorf. As the transfer deadline quickly approaches, it remains to be seen whether Paik Seung-ho will make a move to one of the interested clubs.
