PERMANENT DEAL CONFIRMED: West Ham’s seal jaw-dropping record-breaking £21m bid for South American – Fans and experts alike are left stunned by the audacious move!

West Ham United was rumored to have made formal offers to sign Palmeiras standout Richard Rios this transfer window, according to Globo Esporte.

With Julen Lopetegui taking over from David Moyes as the new manager, West Ham spared no expense in the transfer market to strengthen the squad and provide the Spanish coach with the resources needed to succeed this season.

Several new additions were made, including Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Max Kilman, Jean-Clair Todibo, Guido Rodriguez, Carlos Soler, Niclas Fullkrug, and Crysencio Summerville. Despite these signings, West Ham has struggled this season, sitting in 14th place with just four points from five games.

Globo Esporte reported that West Ham had a strong interest in Rios, even submitting two offers up to £21m, which were rejected by Palmeiras as they were not willing to let him go.

Rios, who recently signed a new contract with Palmeiras, made a name for himself in the Copa America, displaying his skills in both attack and defense. While West Ham missed out on signing him this summer, it remains to be seen if they will try again next year.

After a disappointing loss to Chelsea, West Ham faces Liverpool in the EFL Cup before taking on Brentford in the Premier League next weekend.
