PERMANENT DEAL CONFIRMED: Wolves in talks with Ligue 1 side to sign January target known as a ‘fighter’ by manager.

Recent reports suggest that Wolves are already planning ahead for the upcoming January transfer window, with manager Gary O’Neil looking to strengthen his squad as they currently sit in 19th place in the Premier League.

Despite only earning two points from their first nine games, Wolves managed to secure a last-minute draw against Brighton in their last outing, giving hope for a turnaround in their form.

One potential target for Wolves is Toulouse winger Zakaria Aboukhlal, with reports indicating that the club has made moves to establish contact for a possible half-season loan with a purchase option.

Aboukhlal, who can play on both wings and in central areas, has shown his resilience after returning from a serious ACL injury and has contributed to four goals in nine Ligue 1 appearances this season.

Toulouse boss Carles Martinez Novell has praised Aboukhlal’s fighting spirit and competitive mindset, making him a valuable addition to Wolves’ squad as they look to improve their attacking options.
