Regis Le Bris expressed his gratitude for the unwavering support of Sunderland fans as the team gears up for back-to-back games at the Stadium of Light. The Black Cats will face Stoke City on Saturday and then Bristol City just three days later.

Following a strong showing from the nearly 3,000 supporters at Bramall Lane, Le Bris commended their dedication, stating, “They are impressive. They are still behind us, even at the end of the [Sheffield United] game. We have to appreciate our fans because they play a crucial role for us.”

Acknowledging the importance of repaying their loyal supporters, Le Bris stressed the team’s determination to secure a victory on Saturday. “We are aware that we have not been winning lately, and I know it’s frustrating for them too. We feel that frustration, but it’s vital for the supporters to feel that joy after a challenging week. We aim to earn their support, and I am confident that we will soon return to winning ways.”
