EARTH-SHATTERING Revelation: Why Matheus Cunha will ruin his career if he leaves Wolves for Man United

Manchester United’s pursuit of Matheus Cunha has generated excitement among fans, but they should exercise caution. While Cunha is a skilled player with 16 goals this season, his style may not suit Manchester United’s needs.

The Red Devils’ main issue is finding a clinical finisher, not a creative playmaker like Cunha. Cunha’s role is more akin to a number 10, creating chances and moving into channels, which is already filled by Bruno Fernandes.

Spending £62.5 million on a player who doesn’t address the team’s primary need could be a waste. Manchester United would be better off targeting a striker who can consistently score 20 goals a season.

Additionally, Cunha’s temperament and tactical fit raise concerns. He has picked up two red cards this season and has been involved in controversy with Wolves fans. Ruben Amorim’s high-pressing setup requires players who work tirelessly off the ball, which Cunha doesn’t always do.

Given these concerns, Manchester United might be better off looking elsewhere for a player who fits their needs and brings stability to the dressing room. Sir Jim Ratcliffe should carefully consider whether Cunha is the right fit for the team.
