Leeds United officials are sure to be unimpressed by Chelsea’s impact on their pre-season plans as they gear up for their return to the Premier League. The Whites have already lined up a series of matches for the summer, despite their impressive promotion last season.

Although the team is rumored to have their eye on Udinese’s Jaka Bijol, no action has been taken yet. Regardless of any new signings, friendly matches are essential for building team chemistry.

Leeds will face tough opponents like Manchester United and Villarreal, with a final test against AC Milan scheduled just before the new season kicks off. However, Chelsea’s last-minute scheduling of a match against Milan just a day after the Leeds game leaves the team in a tough spot.

With little time between matches, Leeds may have to field a weakened team against Milan, dampening the significance of the final pre-season game. It remains to be seen how the Whites will respond to this disappointing turn of events and whether they will seek out another opponent for their pre-season preparations.
