GREAT SIGNING CONFIRMED: West Ham hold late talks with 4 targets including young German star and could make Newcastle move

As the transfer deadline rapidly approaches, West Ham United are engaged in negotiations with four potential targets in an effort to strengthen their squad before the window closes. This includes discussions with a young German star and the possibility of making a late move for a player from Newcastle United.

One of the latest developments for West Ham is the potential signing of Brazilian defender Igor Julio from Fiorentina. Igor, who infamously featured in a crucial moment during West Ham’s historical triumph in Prague two years ago, is set to undergo a medical with the Hammers. The 27-year-old, who can play as a center-back or left-back, is currently at Brighton but appears to be on the verge of joining West Ham on an initial loan deal with an option to buy.

In addition to their pursuit of Igor, West Ham is also in talks with Chelsea regarding a potential loan deal for center-back Axel Disasi. The French defender, previously recommended to West Ham by sporting director Mark Noble while at Monaco, may be on the verge of joining the London club after struggling during his time at Chelsea.

Moreover, West Ham is exploring a loan deal for Braga’s defender Bright Arrey-Mbi, with a potential option to buy for the Germany Under-21 international. Talks are also ongoing with Toulouse for center-back Charlie Cresswell, although a loan deal for the England Under-21 star was reportedly turned down due to the financial obligations involved.

Additionally, there are rumblings of a potential late move by West Ham to sign Newcastle United winger Jacob Murphy on an initial loan deal. Murphy’s pace and versatility could offer a valuable addition to the West Ham squad, providing further options in the attacking department alongside the likes of Mateus Fernandes and Crysencio Summerville.
