Norwich City midfielder Liam Gibbs is eager to revive his rivalry with Ipswich Town, after experiencing his first taste of the East Anglian derby last season.
Gibbs made a late appearance as a substitute in the 1-0 victory over his former club in April, where he found himself at the center of attention in both encounters during the 2023-24 season.
Having made the switch from Ipswich to Norwich three years ago as a promising young player, Gibbs has faced both highs and lows with the Canaries since breaking into the first team under Dean Smith.
While his focus remains on cementing his place under new head coach Johannes Hoff Thorup and recovering from a season plagued by injuries, Gibbs still harbors hope for a reunion with Ipswich and to continue Norwich’s unbeaten derby streak.
