OUTRAGEOUS DEMAND: Celtic demands Jota transfer be non-negotiable for ‘dream’ return as Ittihad desperate for one crucial element!

Al-Ittihad has communicated to all potential suitors eyeing a loan move for Jota this summer that they will be required to cover his full salary as a prerequisite for bringing him in. Despite the recent influx of new signings, such as Houssem Aouar and Moussa Diaby, Jota remains at risk of spending another season on the sidelines.

Following his departure from Celtic, Jota found himself excluded from the foreign players list and relegated to participating in friendly matches and Asian Champions League appearances. While reports suggest that new coach Laurent Blanc is carefully evaluating the winger during the pre-season, there is uncertainty surrounding his inclusion in the first-team squad for the upcoming campaign.

Besiktas is currently rumored to be leading the race to secure a loan deal for Jota, with Celtic also being considered as a potential destination. Although Jota is reportedly eager to make a return to Parkhead, Al-Ittihad has unequivocally stated that any club interested in signing him will need to be willing to cover his substantial salary.

With two years still remaining on his contract, it appears unlikely that Al-Ittihad will agree to terminate the deal to facilitate Jota’s return to European football. The situation remains fluid as negotiations continue, and Jota’s future remains uncertain as the transfer window progresses.
