With Man City now more open to the idea of another loan deal for Phillips this season, Everton is looking to secure him on loan with an option to buy included in the deal. Additionally, Napoli midfielder Jens Cajuste and Real Betis’ Johnny Cardoso are also on Everton’s radar as potential midfield reinforcements.
