EARTH-SHATTERING BOMBSHELL: What Mike Tyson said about Wolves in 2013, as he loses Netflix bout with Jake Paul – he was so wrong

A recent photo of Mike Tyson sporting a Wolves shirt has been making its way around social media, following his loss to Jake Paul. Tyson’s comeback fight after 19 years ended in defeat, with many fans disappointed in the lackluster performance.

The fight took place at the AT&T Stadium in Texas and Paul won by unanimous decision, scoring 80-72, 79-73, and 79-73 in his favor. Despite Tyson’s initial energy, he quickly tired, leading to speculation that Paul could have knocked him out but chose not to out of respect.

In a surprising throwback, Tyson once backed Wolves to avoid relegation in the Championship back in 2013. Tyson, who had previously done a ‘Come back to the fans’ tour in Wolverhampton in 2009, seemed to have a soft spot for the club. However, his prediction that Wolves had a manager who could turn things around proved to be incorrect, as the team suffered relegation to League One under Dean Saunders.

Saunders’ contract was terminated shortly after the relegation, leaving Tyson’s hope for Wolves’ success unfulfilled.
