Jordan took a jab at Millwall, saying that his friend and former Millwall owner Theo Paphitis was bragging about the win, but Jordan responded by saying that Millwall is only “half a club” compared to Leeds.
Leeds’ focus on promotion to the Premier League is clear, and their 4-0 thrashing of Watford in their next match suggests that Farke’s priorities are in the right place. With a comfortable lead at the top of the table, Leeds can continue to build momentum and keep their distance from second-placed Sheffield United.
If Leeds can secure promotion to the Premier League, they will have the ultimate bragging right over their rivals from London, and Millwall’s FA Cup victory will be all but forgotten.
