UNSEEN SCANDALOUS FOOTAGE EXPOSE TRUTH – Former SFA referees slam VAR decision in Celtic’s defeat to hibs

Two former top-tier referees have spoken out against VAR’s decision to disallow Daizen Maeda’s equalizer against Hibernian, labeling it “impossible” to verify without goal-line technology. Des Roache and Steve Conroy took to social media to express their frustration with the call, arguing that without clear evidence, VAR shouldn’t have intervened.

The controversial decision has ignited a heated debate, with Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers questioning the reasoning behind overturning the initial call. The lack of a flag from the assistant referee further adds to the confusion surrounding the situation.

If there was clear and undeniable evidence that the ball was out of play, nobody would be disputing the decision. However, with no conclusive proof available to the public, the controversy continues to swirl.

The Scottish FA’s panel will review the incident, while referee Willie Collum is expected to discuss it on the VAR Review Show. Despite the controversy, Celtic maintains a comfortable lead in the Premiership and has an opportunity to bounce back against Aberdeen in their upcoming match at Parkhead.
