Getafe currently sits in eighth place in La Liga, having secured three wins and nine points from their first five games of the 2025/26 season. A move to Getafe would also provide Bamford the chance to face top Spanish clubs like Real Madrid, as well as potentially reunite with former teammates like Junior Firpo, Mateo Joseph, Largie Ramazani, and Manor Solomon.
