TRANSFER REVELATION: Saudi Arabian clubs have shown ‘concrete interest’ in Spurs star: agreement in progress

Saudi Pro League clubs were reportedly interested in signing Richarlison last summer and may come calling again at the end of the season, according to The Telegraph’s Matt Law.

Despite potential interest from Saudi clubs, Tottenham manager Ange Postecoglou has publicly supported Richarlison since his arrival and the Brazilian has begun to show results, particularly during the last month when he found his scoring boots.

With Son Heung-min away at the Asian Cup with South Korea, the pressure is on Richarlison to step up as the main striker for Tottenham.

While there were rumors of a potential move in the January transfer window, Law believes it is unlikely for Richarlison to leave this window but wouldn’t be surprised if a move to Saudi Arabia materializes next summer.

Although it is too early to predict if Richarlison will leave at the end of the season, Tottenham may consider signing a new center forward regardless of his status with the club.
