Leeds United manager Daniel Farke has revealed fresh injury concerns ahead of his side’s FA Cup quarter-final showdown with West Ham, with striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin emerging as a major doubt.
Speaking ahead of Sunday’s tie, Farke confirmed that Calvert-Lewin is struggling with a hamstring issue, leaving his availability uncertain for the crucial fixture. The forward recently featured for England during the international break but returned to the club with the injury concern, forcing Leeds into a late fitness assessment.
“Dominic had problems in his hamstrings so there are question marks over him for Sunday,” Farke admitted, suggesting a final decision will be made closer to kickoff.
There was, however, more positive news elsewhere for Leeds. Midfielder Anton Stach, who had been dealing with a hip problem, has returned to training and is expected to be available. His recovery offers a timely boost in midfield as Leeds prepare for one of their biggest matches of the season.

Defender Gabriel Gudmundsson also had a scare after sustaining a knee knock while on international duty, but he has since declared himself fit after completing a full match in his country’s subsequent fixture.
Despite these concerns, Farke suggested that Leeds are close to having a full squad available again, with only “minor issues and little knocks” affecting selection decisions.
