In a lengthy statement, the 77-year-old “categorically” denied all claims, describing the allegations as “factually incorrect and entirely false”. Sullivan criticized the reporting process as “fundamentally unfair and completely lacking in any due impartiality” after noting he was not provided a proper explanation of how claims were independently verified prior to publication.
