The potential new owner of Everton is facing a legal battle initiated by Danish model Nina Agdal, who claims he shared explicit photos of her without her consent. She is seeking a court order to compel Josh Wander to testify in her case against MMA fighter Dillon Danis, who targeted Agdal before his fight with her fiancé, Logan Paul. Agdal believes Wander may have information relevant to her case against Danis, and has called him to court with a subpoena. However, Wander denies the allegations made against him. On a separate note, a company called Obra Capital Management has sued Wander’s company, 777 Partners, over an alleged debt and fraudulent transfer of assets. All of this legal turmoil is happening as 777 Partners is trying to finalize their takeover of Everton. The Premier League’s slow due diligence process is costing 777 money, as they have been financing the club since last September. Wander’s involvement in the legal case involving Agdal and Danis is another obstacle for 777. Agdal was granted a restraining order against Danis after he targeted her on social media, leading to a lawsuit being filed by Agdal against the MMA fighter.
