After months of speculation surrounding his future, Harry Souttar is determined to refocus his efforts on regaining a spot in the Leicester squad. Despite being linked with a move away from the Championship club, particularly to Rangers, the Australian defender remained at Leicester when the summer transfer window closed. Souttar has candidly expressed that the uncertainty has been challenging for him, but he is committed to proving himself and earning his place back in the team. While opportunities on the field have been scarce for him at Leicester, Souttar received support from his national team coach, Graham Arnold. He recently showcased his abilities during a match against Mexico, where he scored the opening goal for Australia. Although he was named on the bench for Leicester’s first game of the season against Coventry, Souttar is yet to make a competitive appearance for his club this season.
