End of an Era- Mark Robins hands out final appearances with three Coventry City changes against QPR

In Coventry City’s final match of the 2023/24 Championship campaign against Queens Park Rangers, Liam Kelly will captain the team for the last time. This game marks his 180th appearance for the club, as Mark Robins makes three changes to the starting lineup.

Despite Brad Collins remaining in goal, there are adjustments in the defensive lineup due to Joel Latibeaudiere’s injury. Luis Binks returns to the team as left sided centre-half, alongside Bobby Thomas. Milan van Ewijk maintains his position at right-back, while Jake Bidwell steps in for Jay Dasilva at left-back. The team is expected to line up in a 4-2-3-1 formation.

In midfield, Ben Sheaf partners with Kelly in the holding roles, with Callum O’Hare starting in the number ten position in what could be his final appearance for the team. Josh Eccles takes on the wide right role, while Haji Wright and Ellis Simms form the forward line, both aiming to reach 20 goals for the season.

Victor Torp makes a comeback to the squad after recovering from a stomach strain.
