Celtic sensational key player Matt O’Riley set to seal Deal with top EPL Giants even before Euro 2024 as Etienne Vaessen finally speaks out

Celtic is currently in discussions with two undisclosed English Premier League teams regarding the potential sale of Matt O’Riley before the start of Euro 2024. The midfielder was recently honored at the Hoops Player of the Year ceremony in Glasgow, where he received awards for fans, players’ player, and young player of the year. O’Riley, who is 23 years old, has had an impressive season with 16 goals and 17 assists, helping Celtic towards a third consecutive victory. His performance in the crucial derby against Rangers was particularly notable.

However, speculation suggests that O’Riley may be making a move to English football ahead of the European Championship finals in Germany, with both clubs eager to secure a deal before the tournament. O’Riley is also a candidate for a call-up to the Denmark squad.

On the other hand, Celtic is preparing to find a replacement for goalkeeper Joe Hart, who is planning to retire. Despite previous interest in Trabzonspor goalkeeper Ugurcan Cakir, it appears that he will not be joining the team. Instead, Galatasaray is reportedly the only club interested in signing Cakir.

There have been rumors linking RKC Waalwijk goalkeeper Etienne Vaessen with a move to Celtic Park. The 28-year-old is currently a free agent and hinted at a possible transfer this summer following his last home game with RKC Waalwijk. Vaessen mentioned his hope to move in an interview with a Dutch magazine, suggesting that a transfer to Celtic could be on the horizon.
