Don Goodman shocks the football world with his jaw-dropping revelation about Leeds United’s transfer priorities, labeling them as “massive” and identifying key players on the chopping block!

Don Goodman is eager for Leeds United to prioritize offloading players who spent last season out on loan, rather than key names, when the summer transfer window opens.

Players like Crysencio Summerville, Willy Gnonto, and Archie Gray are rumored to be on their way out following the play-off final defeat last week [Mirror].

While it’s inevitable that some regulars from last season will leave, Goodman believes selling Jack Harrison, Max Wober, and Brenden Aaronson could help retain more important players.

Despite the likelihood of multiple exits, Goodman is confident that Leeds, being a “massive” club, will not struggle to attract top-quality replacements.

“They may lose players like Summerville, Gnonto, and a few others, but let’s hope they focus on getting rid of the loaned-out players,” he told MOT Leeds News.

“It’s rumored they need to raise £100m, so they need funds. With changes expected in the squad, it’s up to the recruitment team to bring in high-caliber players as Leeds is an attractive destination for ambitious players aiming for Premier League promotion.

“Recruiting players shouldn’t be difficult given Leeds’ status as one of the biggest clubs in the Championship. They need to get their recruitment spot on to challenge for promotion.”

In terms of sales, Summerville is likely to fetch the highest fee, with interest from Liverpool and Chelsea [Fabrizio Romano, 1 June]. Rutter could also bring in some money, but Leeds won’t recoup the £35million they spent on him.

Premier League clubs may target Gnonto and Gray after Leeds’ promotion hopes were dashed.

However, Farke may prefer selling Harrison over Gray, as their valuations are similar.

Hopefully, the loaned-out players made a strong impression last season, prompting potential suitors to make offers. Once the deadwood is cleared, Leeds will have a clearer picture of their squad for the upcoming season.
